We want to ensure that you have the most enjoyable and stress-free stay possible at Casa de Bambu. To make your stay a memorable and comfortable one, we ask that you take a few moments to review our policies and guidelines.

General Rules
• Children must be accompanied by adult.
• No petting of farm pets and animals
• No picking of plants without owner's permission.
• Please practice Clean-as-You-Go (CLAYGO).
• Please observe proper trash segretation.
• No reservation fee, no blocking of date.
• No littering in the pool and farm premises.

House Rules
• No eating or drinking at or by the pool.
• No diving on the pool.
• No running on the poolside.
• Wear proper swimming attires.
• No urinating or defecating on the pool.
• Swimming diapers are required for children of ages 4 years old and below.

Proper Swimming Attire
• Swimming Trunks and Shirt
• Swimwear
• Spandex material clothes
• Swimming Diapers

Deck Wear Only
• Cotton T-shirt
• Flip flops

Not Allowed
• Jeans
• Cotton
• Basketball Shorts
• Boxers
• Regular Diapers

Pets
• Your pets must have an updated Anti-Rabies Vaccine
• Your pets must be on leash or hand carry cage
• Please make sure to bring a poop bag as some of the Farm Premises are non potty areas (Pabellon, Sam's Cabana etc.)
• No pets are allowed in the swimming pool
• Make sure that your pets are attended or properly leashed as we also have pets inside our farm.
• Failure to declare pets 3 days before date of booking is subject for penalty and extra charges of Php. 300.00 per pet.

Strict Time Policy
We have strict time policy to:
• Give us time to clean and disinfect everything before each guests.
• Please make sure to be on time and inform us ahead of time if there are any changes on the time.
• If the declared time of Check-In is already acknowledged, and guests are late, there will be no adjustment on the Check-Out time unless otherwise approved by the operations.
• Upon Check-Out, there is a 15 minutes grace period to leave the premises unless otherwise with special circumstances.

Corkage Fee
• We will charge ₱ 100.00 per bottle for beverages such as softdrinks, liquor and others.

Violation Penalty
• ₱ 1,000.00 on any violation on the rules and regulations.
• ₱ 5,000.00 on any damages and vandalizing on the facilities.

Security and Safety
This is to inform the group the following measures for security and safety purposes
• There will be a roving personnel/staff from time to time that will check from the premises, facilities, etc.
• CCTVs are available on the farm premises for safety measures.
• Gates closes once all of the registered guests check-ins.

Cancellation Policy
If there will be instances of CANCELLATION in the group, the following must be done:
• Reservation Fee is non-refundable incase of no show and cancellation.
• We must be informed 36-24 hours before the Check-In time. Or else, rescheduling won't be allowed.
• Rescheduling is allowed ONE TIME only.

Duty to inform in my group
The person who is accomplishing this form is properly informed that they stand as the POC (Person of Contact) and the representative of the group. Whereas,
• They will be the one who will be contacted by Casa de Bambu POC for any concerns.
• They are responsible to inform Casa de Bambu of any changes of scheduling 7 days before the booking.
• They are responsible to inform their group about rules and regulations stipulated in this form.
