Welcome to Casa de Bambu, a farm resort that offers a peaceful and unique experience. By accessing or using our facilities and services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our facilities and services.

1. Reservation Policy
   1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
   2. To confirm your reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit of ₱ 1,000.00 deducted to the total amount due.
   3. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.
   4. A security deposit of ₱ 1,500.00 pesos is required before check-in, which is fully refundable upon check-out less the damages or other expenses incurred during the stay.
   5. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time and for any reason.
2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
   1. We offer different rates with different check-in and check-out times:
      • Dia: check-in at 8:00 am and check-out at 5:00 pm
      • Noche: check-in at 6:00 pm and check-out at 5:00 am
      • Bente Dos Ora: for the AM schedule, check-in at 8:00 am and check-out at 6:00 am the next day. For the PM schedule, check-in at 6:00 pm and check-out at 4:00 pm the next day.
   2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
   3. Failure to check-out by 12:00 PM will result in an additional night's charge.
3. Room and Property Damage Policy
   1. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property caused by themselves or their companions.
   2. Guests must report any damages or losses immediately to the front desk.
   3. The security deposit may be used to cover the cost of damages or other expenses incurred during the stay.
4. Property Use and Safety Policy
   1. Guests are responsible for using the facilities and amenities properly and safely.
   2. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
   3. The use of our facilities and amenities is at the guest's own risk.
   4. Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the property.
   5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
   6. Guests with pets are required to provide their own pet supplies, such as food and bedding.
   7. Guests are not allowed to pet or feed the farm animals.
5. Cancellation Policy
   1. Cancellation of reservation must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund of the reservation fee.
   2. Cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will forfeit the reservation fee.
   3. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation fee will be forfeited.
6. Privacy Policy
   1. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
   2. By using our facilities and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
